STEVE KEENUM, current President of the Wylie ISD Board of Trustees, is running for re-election. After 24 years of coaching young men and women in basketball, track and football, he became Area Director for FCA in 2005. He joined the Wylie ISD Board in 2008. Join the campaign to help Steve Keenum continue his efforts to keep Wylie ISD excellent.

Master of Education - Tarleton State University
8 years of highschool classroom teaching of mathematics
5.5 years of college classroom instruction of future teachers
3 years seving at the athletics director of McMurry University
Attended over 130 Board meetings during the 12 year tenure on the Wylie board of Trustees
Completed over 120 hours of school board continuing education
25 years in education of working with students to achieve goals, grow in leadership, and prepare for their future
Married to Susan, an elementary school teacher, for 37 years
